Kelly Joy Miles
Continuing her education she expanded her knowledge with anatomy and nutrition courses. For the last decade Kelly has been teaching onboard private yachts and expedition cruise ships, in studios and private homes, and online.
What she loves most about Yoga is the community it creates, along with the sense of serenity and self-awareness, the healing and strengthening benefits it brings to our minds and bodies.
Through this practice of Yoga, we will work through emotional and physical barriers without even trying, knowing or expecting it. We will gain strength, enhance flexibility, reduce stress, overcome injuries and create healthy habits.
